It’s almost time for our Fun Run Fundraiser! We are so excited! Here are the details:
- This Wednesday, March 15th will be a non-uniform day for all students. All students should wear athletic clothing and shoes on Wednesday. As a reminder, ALL attire must be school-appropriate and follow the non-uniform policy guidelines.
- The K-5 FUN RUN will be at 1:00 on Wednesday on the turf field. Parents are welcome to attend.
- The middle school COLOR RUN will be at 2:15 on Wednesday. Parents are welcome to attend. Middle school students will have color tossed on or around them during the run, so they should wear clothes that can get messy. If your student would prefer not to participate, please have him/her tell a staff member.
Donations are still coming in for our fundraiser! We have raised over $7,000 and have 62% of students registered! Keep it going! Visit MYBOOSTER.COM to get started.
Did you know that reading with children not only helps build language skills and vocabulary, but it can also help children build empathy and teach them how to handle challenging feelings? Calling all volunteers! Our NEW Kindergarten-2nd grade Reading Buddy program is from 2:30-3:00 Monday-Friday. Please join us! What to expect:
- Sign in at the front office
- Meet your reading buddy
- Listen to your reading buddy read aloud
- Check out at the front office promptly at 3:00 and return to your vehicle for dismissal.

STARS Kid Care will be offering a summer day program at CPA this summer. Please see the flyer for more information.
Spring break is coming up! As a reminder, there is no school for students starting this Friday, March 17th-24th. Students return from break on Monday, March 27th, and 3rd quarter report cards will be sent home then.
Family Astronomy Night is coming up on Tuesday, March 28th! Join us for:
- Free Dinner for All Families!
- Sweet Cow Ice Cream Truck will be selling ice cream treats
- The Mobile Earth Space Observatory (MESO)
- Space crafts and activities
- Telescopes to view the night sky

¡Ya casi es hora de nuestra carrera de recaudación de fondos, Fun Run! ¡Estamos muy emocionados! Aquí están los detalles:
- Este miércoles 15 de marzo será un día sin uniforme para todos los estudiantes. Todos los estudiantes deben usar ropa y zapatos deportivos el miércoles. Como recordatorio, TODA la vestimenta debe ser apropiada para la escuela y seguir las pautas de la política de no uniforme.
