Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on Thursday, October 3rd from 4:00-9:00 p.m. and Friday, October 4th from 11:00-7:00 p.m. Elementary parents must sign up for their conference time by clicking here. Middle School conferences are held on a drop in, first come, first served basis. For more information on conferences for both elementary and middle school, please see the letters sent home with your child today. The information is also on the CPA website.
The CPA-PTA would love your help in providing meals to the teachers and staff during Parent-Teacher Conferences. If you are willing to bring an item, please sign up online by clicking here. Thank you for your help in providing meals for the CPA staff during conferences!
The deadline to pay for jeans day is this Friday, September 27th. If you would like to purchase jeans for your student for the year on Fridays, please bring your $30.00 payment to the front office. If you purchase jeans for the year, you will also be credited with 20 volunteer hours (10 for single parents) for the year. All funds raised go towards the Spanish Trip fundraiser.
Need volunteer hours? Stop by the cafeteria this Friday, September 27th at 3:15 for our first Brown Bag Pick Up event. Simply sign out a project, complete it over the weekend, and return it to the school the following Monday. This is an easy way to earn some hours, and it’s also a huge service to our teachers! Contact the front office with any questions.
Please remember to record all of your volunteer hours and help us reach our volunteering goal of 14,000 hours for the year. Demonstrating strong parental involvement can help CPA qualify for grants and other funding opportunities, so it’s important that every hour is recorded. You can fill out the paper log and return it to the office, or you can record your hours online by sending an email to volunteer@
Have a great week!
