Our first Brown Bag Pick Up event is this Friday, September 9th during dismissal. Stop by our table outside, sign out a project, complete it over the weekend, and return it to school next Monday. This is a great way to earn some volunteer hours, and it’s a huge service to the CPA staff! Contact the front office with any questions.
Save the date! The CPA-PTA is hosting the Back to School Picnic on Friday, September 16th at 5:00 on the turf at CPA. The PTA will provide hot dogs and hamburgers for everyone. All families are asked to bring an item to share based on the first letter of your last name:
- Last Names A-F: Desserts
- Last Names G-L: Side Dishes
- Last Names M-R: Drinks
- Last Names S-Z: Fruit, Vegetables, or Salad

Next Monday, September 12th is ORANGE MONDAY at CPA as the Denver Broncos kick off their season against the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night. All students are invited to wear a Broncos shirt or a solid orange or blue shirt to school next Monday. Students who purchased jeans for the year may also wear jeans; otherwise, regular uniform bottoms are required. Go Broncos!
The end of the grading period for progress reports is coming up on Wednesday, September 14th. Be sure you’re checking your student’s grades in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or through the Campus Parent app, and contact the teachers with any questions.
Reminder: If you have not applied for free or reduced meals this year, your benefits will expire at the end of this month. Please contact Sandi MacGregor in the front office with any questions about the meal program at CPA.

Nuestro primer evento de recogida de bolsas marrones es este viernes 9 de septiembre durante la hora de salida. Pase por nuestra mesa afuera, firme un proyecto, complétalo durante el fin de semana y devuélvelo a la escuela el próximo lunes. ¡Esta es una gran manera de completar algunas horas de voluntariado, y es un gran servicio para el personal de CPA! ¡Reserva! El PTA de CPA organizará el picnic de regreso a la escuela el viernes 16 de septiembre a las 5:00 en el césped/campo de CPA. El PTA proporcionará perros calientes y hamburguesas para todos. El próximo lunes 12 de septiembre es LUNES NARANJA en CPA ya que los Denver Broncos inician su temporada contra los Seattle Seahawks el lunes por la noche. Todos los estudiantes están invitados a usar una camiseta de los Broncos o una camiseta sólida de color naranja o azul a la escuela el próximo lunes. Los estudiantes que compraron jeans para el año también pueden usar jeans; de lo contrario, se requieren fondos uniformes regulares. ¡Vamos broncos!
El final del período de calificación para los informes de progreso se acerca el miércoles 14 de septiembre. Asegúrese de revisar las calificaciones de su estudiante en el Portal para padres de Infinite Campus o a través de la aplicación Campus Parent, y comuníquese con los maestros si tiene alguna pregunta.
