EYE EXAMS AND GLASSES COMING TO CROWN POINTE ACADEMY!
Eye Love Care is bringing a full optometry clinic to Crown Pointe Academy and will provide COMPREHENSIVE EYE EXAMS and EYEWEAR to our students on October 30th, 31st and November 3rd!
Eye Love Care’s goal is to ensure that ALL children are getting the proper vision care they need to succeed. If your child has insurance, it will be billed. If your child does NOT have insurance, they will be covered through the “No Vision Left Behind” program.
Even if your child has been seen by another eye care professional or your insurance has been billed elsewhere this year, you are welcome to sign up for the in-school “No Vision Left Behind” program. This way, should your child lose or break their glasses, they will be replaced up to two times through the school. We know that you are busy, and the hope of this program is to make your life easier.
Eye Love Care gives students the option of selecting from over 150 frames if they need eyeglasses, and the experienced staff will help your child select a frame he or she will love based on his or her size.
Each student receiving care will be given an informational folder to take home after the examination which includes a comprehensive report outlining the optometrist’s findings, and, if applicable, a copy of their eyewear prescription for your records. There is no reason to take the prescription anywhere else because Eye Love Care delivers the eyewear your child chose at the time of the exam to Crown Pointe Academy with an optician for proper fitting.
Eye Love Care will be with your child through their complete educational journey. If your child damages or loses their glasses during the school year or summer, just inform us and we will make them a new pair and either deliver it to the school or, during school breaks, we can mail it to you! If your child’s eyewear is damaged or lost, please email dyland@eyelovecare.com.

¡EXÁMENES DE LA VISTA Y GAFAS LLEGAN A LA ACADEMIA CROWN POINTE!
Eye Love Care trae una clínica de optometría completa a la Academia Crown Pointe y ofrecerá EXÁMENES DE LA VISTA COMPLETOS y GAFAS a nuestros estudiantes los días 30 y 31 de octubre y 3 de noviembre.
El objetivo de Eye Love Care es garantizar que TODOS los niños reciban la atención visual adecuada que necesitan para tener éxito. Si su hijo tiene seguro médico, se le facturará. Si su hijo NO tiene seguro, estará cubierto a través del programa “Que ninguna visión se quede atrás”.
Incluso si su hijo ya ha sido examinado por otro profesional de la visión o si su seguro se ha facturado a otra persona este año, puede inscribirse en el programa “Que ninguna visión se quede atrás” dentro de la escuela. De esta manera, si su hijo pierde o rompe sus gafas, se le reemplazarán hasta dos veces a través de la escuela. Sabemos que está ocupado y esperamos que este programa le facilite la vida.
Eye Love Care ofrece a los estudiantes la opción de elegir entre más de 150 monturas si necesitan gafas. Nuestro personal experimentado le ayudará a elegir la montura que mejor se adapte a su talla.
Cada estudiante que reciba atención recibirá una carpeta informativa para llevar a casa después del examen, que incluye un informe completo con los hallazgos del optometrista y, si corresponde, una copia de su receta para sus registros. No es necesario llevar la receta a otro lugar, ya que Eye Love Care entrega las gafas que su hijo eligió en el momento del examen a Crown Pointe Academy con un óptico para que las ajuste correctamente.
Eye Love Care acompañará a su hijo durante toda su trayectoria educativa. Si su hijo daña o pierde sus gafas durante el año escolar o el verano, solo tiene que informarnos y le haremos unas nuevas y se las entregaremos en la escuela o, durante las vacaciones escolares, ¡se las podemos enviar por correo! Si las gafas de su hijo se dañan o pierden, envíe un correo electrónico a dyland@eyelovecare.com.
