TONIGHT is Family Space Science Night from 5:00-8:00!  This fun evening will include a FREE DINNER while watching the movie “Hidden Figures” along with interactive space science stations and viewing the full moon through telescopes!  This is an open house style event, so stop by whenever you have time. If you would like to sign up to help with Family Science Night, click HERE.  This is a family event– all students must be accompanied by an adult.  We hope to see you tonight! Join us at Chick-fil-A at 104th and Federal tomorrow, Tuesday, March 3rd for our Spring Spirit Night Fundraiser from 5:00-8:00.  Tell the cashier that you’re with CPA, and they will donate a portion of the proceeds back to the CPA Drama Club and their production of Alice in Wonderland coming up this May!  See the flyer on the CPA website for more information. Parent-Teacher Conferences are this Thursday, February 27th from 4:00-9:00 and Friday, February 28th from 11:00-7:00.  Elementary parents must sign up for their time slot by clicking  here.  Middle school conferences will take place on a drop in first come, first served basis. Detailed information about conferences is available on the CPA website.  If you have any questions, please contact your student’s teacher or the front office. The CPA-PTA is looking for food donations for staff meals during conferences next week.  To sign up to bring an item, please click here. Tomorrow, Tuesday, February 25th is spring, kindergarten graduation, and 8th grade continuation picture day.  This is a non-uniform day for all students.  Students will be photographed individually in front of a green screen.  Many spring backgrounds will be available to choose from.  An instruction flyer with how to order photos online will be sent home by March 9th, and photo packages will be shipped directly to your home.  Contact the front office with any questions. Progress reports were sent home with all students today.  Please be sure you ask your student for his/her progress report, and contact the teachers with any questions. This Thursday, January 23rd, Mr. Varner will be offering a special FISH Jr. event for students in grades K-3 from 3:45-5:00 in the gym.  The regular Fitness Inspired School Health (FISH) team will lead some fun activities to support Jump Rope for Heart.  To participate, all students must have a signed permission slip, which is available on the CPA website.  Contact Mr. Varner with any questions.
