Parent-Teacher Conferences are coming up on Thursday, February 26th and Friday, February 27th.
- Elementary conferences will be from 4:00-9:00 on Thursday, February 26th and 11:00-7:00 on Friday, February 27th. Parents must sign up for their 20 minute conference time by clicking HERE and following the directions sent home with your student today. All conferences will be held in person at the school. Please be sure to note if you need Spanish translation.
- Middle School will have conferences from 4:00-9:00 on Thursday, February 26th and from 12:00-7:00 on Friday, February 27th. Conferences will be in person at the school on a drop in, first come, first served basis and limited to ten minutes if families are waiting. Parents may also request an email update from teachers if you do not wish to conference in person. ***Please note that the middle school teachers will NOT be available to conference from 5:30-6:00 on Thursday, February 26th, from 11:00-12:00 on Friday, February 27th, or from 4:00-4:30 on Friday, February 27th. These times are set aside for meal breaks and for scheduled conferences that require translation. Please do not plan to attend middle school conferences during these times.

The CPA-PTA is hosting a fundraiser at Skate City in Arvada on Wednesday, February 18th from 5:00-7:00. This time is reserved for CPA families only! Check out the attached flyer for more information. See you there!
Do you know anyone looking for a new school? Crown Pointe Academy will be hosting an Open House for prospective families on Wednesday, February 18th at 5:30 p.m. This is a chance for new families to tour the school, meet staff, and learn about all the things that make CPA a special community. Help spread the word!
The Middle School General Music class 2nd trimester showcase will be this Thursday, February 19th from 4:00-4:25 in the CPA gym. All students who are in general music this trimester must attend, but all are welcome! Contact Mr. Garza with any questions.
Save the date for Family Astronomy Night coming up on Tuesday, March 3rd. Join us for dinner and amazing astronomy activities! We need your help! If you are willing to donate a food item for dinner that night, please sign up HERE. If you are willing to volunteer your time that night, please sign up HERE. Las conferencias de padres y maestros se llevarán a cabo el jueves 26 y viernes 27 de febrero.
- Primaria: Las conferencias serán el jueves 26 de 4:00 a 9:00 p.m. y el viernes 27 de 11:00 a.m. a 7:00 p.m. Los padres deben inscribirse para su sesión de 20 minutos haciendo clic AQUÍ y siguiendo las instrucciones enviadas a casa con su estudiante hoy. Todas las conferencias serán presenciales. Por favor, asegúrese de indicar si necesita traducción al español.
- Secundaria (Middle School): Las conferencias serán el jueves 26 de 4:00 a 9:00 p.m. y el viernes 27 de 12:00 a 7:00 p.m. Se realizarán en persona por orden de llegada y se limitarán a diez minutos si hay familias esperando. Los padres también pueden solicitar una actualización por correo electrónico si no desean asistir en persona.
- Nota importante para Secundaria: Los maestros NO estarán disponibles de 5:30 a 6:00 p.m. el jueves, de 11:00 a.m. a 12:00 p.m. y de 4:00 a 4:30 p.m. el viernes. Estos horarios están reservados para descansos de comida y conferencias programadas que requieren traducción. Por favor, no planee asistir en estos horarios.
